Help us celebrate 15 years of Afro Flow Yoga with SHEONA and LESLIE and JEFF. Sheona will be hosting this in person class as Leslie and Jeff visit Harrisburg, PA to flow with the community on April 27. Jeff will be bringing LIVE African drumming and healing beats.

Leslie and Jeff are delighted to present Afro flow Yoga to the 33rd Annual Trauma Conference at the Boston Seaport Hotel.
Bessel van der Kolk hosts some of the world’s most innovative leaders from the field of trauma, attachment, neuroscience, mindfulness, body oriented work and psychedelic studies.
In-Person Attendance is SOLD OUT. However virtual spots are still available.
