AFRO FLOW YOGA
MODULE 1 FOUNDATIONS LEARNING INTENSIVE
This course teaches you how to deepen your knowledge of topics such as the history of yoga, dance & music in Ancient Africa, self-discipline, spiritual development, community, collective healing and more, over (8) two hour bi-weekly virtual sessions.
