Join Leslie Salmon Jones and Jeff W. Jones, founders of Afro Flow Yoga, for an immersive retreat where we explore practices that celebrate diversity, foster community, and cultivate a culture of self-care, caring for others, and caring for the planet. Through trauma-informed somatic practices, this experience weaves together yoga, dance, live music, and storytelling to create a sacred space for healing, resilience, and renewal.

AFRO FLOW YOGA
MODULE 1 FOUNDATIONS LEARNING INTENSIVE
This course teaches you how to deepen your knowledge of topics such as the history of yoga, dance & music in Ancient Africa, self-discipline, spiritual development, community, collective healing and more, over (8) two hour bi-weekly virtual sessions.
