3. You will either have to Log-in to Namastream or Register to create a new account
4. Then select on the Register Button, and follow the prompts.

5. The Zoom Room opens at 1:00pm EDT. The “Join Session” button will become purple, so click to enter the Waiting Room.

7. Class will be recorded, and ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE MUTED when entering class. Please Do Not unmute yourself.
